The initial Grand Theft Auto 6 teaser will be available this Tuesday, December 5th at 2:00 PM UK time.
The news was revealed this afternoon by developer Rockstar, and it’s obvious that people are excited. The studio posted this brief update on X (previously Twitter) just now, yet many positive comments have already been left on the post.
We anticipated that Rockstar would release the first GTA 6 trailer in December. Knowing that fans were waiting impatiently for any hint of information on the next instalment in the immensely popular series from the studio, the developer revealed last month that a trailer would be released in December.
A story from Bloomberg last month originally claimed that this trailer might exist. A different Bloomberg report from the previous year also included some information about potential features for GTA 6 when it eventually releases.
The next instalment of the series appears to have begun development as early as 2014 (less than a year after Grand Theft Auto 5). Then, many years later, Rockstar revealed that the next Grand Theft Auto game was in “active development” in a 2022 blog post.
Though specifics are still scarce, Bloomberg’s previously stated story has given us some notions of what GTA 6 might contain.
